Thiruvannamalai, one of the sacred places where the mere thought of Lord Shiva's divine grace grants liberation, holds countless stories of great saints who arrived in search of spiritual enlightenment. Among them, Swamiji's birth itself was a miracle at the very beginning of his spiritual journey!
His family lineage follows the divine grace of Thiruporur Murugan. Despite medical and familial challenges that made birth impossible three times, by the grace of God, he was born in November 1971. From a young age, he preferred solitude and immersed himself in divine worship.
From a young age, he excelled in academics and mastered four languages. While pursuing technical education, his spiritual journey began at the Ekanta Lingam in Korattur and the Jambukeswarar Temple. There, he engaged in temple service alongside his elder brother, Krishnamurthy. As a result of divine grace, he developed a deep yearning to visit various Shiva temples and attain the presence of the Divine. This longing intensified after reading about the experiences of Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa, igniting within him an unquenchable desire to witness God directly.
